Have you seen the Harry Potter films? I bet you have! We all looked foreward to seeing it after reading the books but some say that the flims are a dissapointment. And I half aggree; altough I enjoy watchin Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone I really don't enjoy the acting "skills" of Danny Radcliffe. To me it looks like the guy only got the part cause he looks like Harry Potter. But anyone could look like Harry with the right makeup so why couldn't they get someone who can actually act? I think Ron and Hermione are fine but Harry is supposed to be the main charecter, he should be the best of the lot.
An to make matters worse, shortly after making Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets Richard Harris(the actor who played Dumbledore) died so now there's going to be a new guy playing Dumbledore!
But things are improving and like I said I do like watching Harry Potter (In fact I pre-ordered the Chamber of Secrets DVD!) They're getting a new director and there's going to be loads of new charecters including what will probably be everyones faveorate: Professor Lupin!
So the films aren't all that bad, but there is room for improvement. I'm just a little angry because the films that are based on some of the best books in the world (just now) aren't even getting a BAFTA!
Well, that's all I'm saying now, I had more stuff I wanted to say but I forgot!

I've never read a Harry Potter book in my life but they are suppose to be good. I saw the first film and thought it was good and got the DVD upon release but I thought the second one wasn't as good but I'll still get it on DVD. The third one will be watchable but I doubt I'll think very highly of it.
