Hey I just watched a really cool film called Pay It Forward. Its about a kid who comes up with this idea. He does somthing for 3 people who need help and can't do somthing on their own. Then tell the people to 'pay it forward' to 3 other people and the idea is it will eventually go around the whole world.
I was just wondering, do you think this will work in the real world?

I try and do a good thing for anyone I meet, but a lot of the time I don't even get a smple "thank-you". I wish it would work, but sadly...it won't.

Saying that... I have kind of adoptd a Big Issue Seller in Bristol. Be careful if you do decide to help...they may try and remember you...

The idea has been around a very long time of course, The recent popularisation of it is down to this movie though (based upon a book of the same name), The author even runs a "Pay It Forward" foundation.
Does it work? Like any pyramid scheme, it works when people participate.

It already exists in the real world. Either the film was based on a roughly true story or it's taken off since.
