I'm with the same host (ukhost4u) and on the same server. They upgraded everything a couple of weeks ago, but it caused the diskspace limit to be re-set to zero. If you log into your control panel and set the limit to something higher you'll be fine.
If you're on the unlimited package then just set it to what you want, and if you're on a lower one I'd imagine it'll let you set it up to the diskspace limit you paid for.
I don't think the limit actually does anything, because it automatically sent me an e-mail telling me I was over on space, but the site worked fine.

You would need to speek to the hosing company. It could be that the actual server you are sharing with other users is full, rather than your actual account space.
