Right when my pc loads up there is a black border around the screen (about an inch on the sides and 2 at the top and bottom)
When windows loads up its fine, everything is full screen but then when I play champ manager the screen shrinks to the smaller size.
Anyone know why and how to sort it?

Its my laptop, dosn't have controls to move the screen, well none that I can see.
It seems to be with things that load up through dos.
Like when your PC starts and it gives you info on memory etc. They are all in a smaller screen.

The difference in screen sizes is most likely caused by the differing resolutions used by Windows and the game. I suspect that CM is running in a low resolution.
If you're running Windows in, say, 1024x768, try changing it to 640x480 or 800x600 and I bet the same thing happens.
The easiest solution is to change the resolution at which CM runs, if you can. Match it to your Windows resolution and you should be fine.
Otherwise, what you need to do is change to each of the available resolutions in Windows and use the monitor's controls to adjust the screen size accordingly. Your monitor should remember the settings, so you'll only need to do it once.
Depending on your graphics card and driver, you may also be able to size and move the display using software. Go to your Display Properties and go into the Advanced section - somewhere in there will be the controls to move/size the display, if your card/driver supports it.
