Wasn't it from that one where the rogue bloke was wanted by 2 different planets and they both tried to use lasers on the Enterprise to threaten them? Okana or something.
That video has loads of clips though, certainly the Data one must come from one of the Q episodes. The only other place where he laughs is in Generations and First Contact.
