I have CS2 verion this flash 8 apperently needs CS4 or above to open it, I have managed to do it now as I downloaded the trial, I liked it so much I bought the company :) So am all sorted now but thanks or the kind offer

The only software i'm aware of that edits flash files is Adobe Flash. im no pro when using flash at all (or any other webdesign software) but I do have access to flash CS3 which will edit your file, if its a straight forward edit i'm quite willing to try and edit it for you.
To edit a flash file you need the original .fla file not the converted flash movie file with a .swf extention that websites display.
Like ive said i'm no pro but maybe able to help, let me kno what you think and we'll sort something out.
