I'm trying to put (yet another!) one of my clients on to Freeola ADSL but need to know if they will be able to send email from a domain that's not hosted with Freeola/Getdotted.
I'm hoping that it's possible for you to allow emails from a domain not registered with you if you add it to an 'authorised list'?
My client already has a couple of domains with you but one of them isn't ready to be moved.
Hopefully this is possible - please let me know before they go to 'BT'!

Once the connection is up and running they would simply need to submit a Support Ticket with their ADSL line number and which addresses they would like relayed.
Providing we receive all this information the relaying will be active almost immediately and all relevant settings giving in the reply from the Support member who actions this.
