"For me the French team belongs to the past"
-Taken from BBC Ceefax p.312
And yet this is a guy playing for Manchester City!!
We've heard before from the man dubbed "El Whinio" during his time in Spain of how soon-after singing for Spanish and European giants Real Madrid that he was considering retiring from the game altogether - at only 21-years-of-age.
Is this just another cry from him for attention?
He's only got himself to blame though - he's the one that failed in impressing Gerard Houllier for the chance to sign for Liverpool, and now he's stuck mid-table going nowhere with Man. City.
Or is it that he just can't hack trying to beat-off the likes of Thierry Henry, David Trezeguet, and even Djibrill Cissé in earning a place in France's starting-XI??
And you Arsenal fans wonder why we moan about moaning "Frogs"...!
> well fowler has joined city now so that might be good for analka a new
> partner
**Anelka
I wouldn't be too-surprised to see him moanining about how's considering about full-retirement soon. He can't be too-happy at 'City!
