Believe me, I did think about it. But I prefer to have the 'official' UK machine and a warranty that Sony will honour... just in case! :-)
Any problems with my machine and I can take it back to the shop, rather than posting it back to Hong Kong.
Plus, at the time I was thinking about it, imports were £250, and I decided I'd rather wait and have the cash to spend on games. And that's not including the risk of getting hit with VAT and import duty on top of that. Yes, I know it's a slim chance, but as I've been caught on 3 previous occasions, I didn't like the odds!
