Just in case....I wasn't being sarcastic! I completely agree with you. I get fed up with irritating spammers desperately trying to get reg status. That said I also dislike the way that some regs & nots ignorantly patronise us proactive newbs.

What ive found you this forum more than others, is that the majority of people seem to worried about getting to regular status. Why, who knows. Having my name in purple rather than brown doesnt keep me awake at night.

I would prefer this board to be part of an online community. Where we have discussions on (as the title says) web design, PCs and the internet. I dont care how many posts everyone makes. There are very few people to post in here that i have time for. My post count is low because I only post when I feel I have something worth contributing. And Im well aware Im not the fountain of all knowledge. Im a programmer, not a modder for example.

Most people (and im sure i dont need to give names) havent a clue about decent web design and to be honest, have no interest in learning either. I mean, look at the title of this thread. Jeez...

Ok, granted. A lot of people on here are just kids trying to be cool. Just had their first and are all excited or something. Thats the trouble with forums. They aren't, and shouldnt be moderated. But then that leads to abuse. As we well know...

Your honour, I refer to my previous post. Quality, not quantity is what counts.

ajg. You are truly the king of respectable newbies.
I thought I was doing well but over 700 days is amazing.
Regular status is now looming for me and I'm not sure about it.
You're only 30 odd posts off yourself....
I'm thinking self destruction/suicide/different name.....

...and you have added absolutly nothing worthwhile to this forum.

Remember its quality that gains respect, not quantity. And it is this you are still sadly lacking.
