It's called Sim SR. The object is to survive every month until you get paid - it's simple yet gritty. Along the way you must deal with the discussion regulars - an evil race of dastardly villains who bombard you with useless questions and annoying requests. The only way to defeat these monsters is to throw a free game/dvd at them, only then will they leave you alone. Hopefully.
The second level of the game is the stealth level, where you must sneak through the office with your mug in the quest to find the coveted cup-of-tea. This amazing artefact is the most wanted object in all of SR Towers, and should you be spotted trying to grab a cup-of-tea all the characters will want one. Fortunately, you can use your secret weapon - no sugar. This will make the tea so foul, no-one could drink it. Except for girls.
Then you must tackle the coveted SR magazine - one of the trickiest levels in the whole game. Each page must be completed whilst a number of distractions put you off ie. dodgy cups of tea poisoning you, evil characters coming in to change the design and finally, the terrible monster, Deadlinicus. Fail to beat him and you are sacked...so start again.
Then, the final boss, Tonius. This beast won't rest until he has sapped all of your work energy, throwing lightning bolts and evening requests at you to knock you off the roof of SR Towers. Beat Tonius and you reign supreme over SR Towers! A sequel beckons, i think...
If that doesn't win Gameaday, i'm writing to the bloke who picks the winners.
Do you ever get an idea for a game and wish someone made it? Then they do, but not as good as what your idea was. Well I have an idea for a new type of football game. Libero Grande the little known football game partially achieved my idea, but didn't to it too well. You see it was a football game where control just one player on the pitch, and you play along with 21 other players controlled by the computer. An attempt at a realistic football game but it did not have the quality to make it big time. You see it had the right idea but lacked the gameplay of other football games. The camera followed the player from behind but this made it extremly difficult to play, there would have been nothing wrong with including a traditional camera from the side line. With a bit more time and money spent on the game it could of been great.
With the future of video games relying on online multiplayer gaming, not just on PC's but also soon through your PS2 and X-box I believe this is what the game should have been about. What I am talking about is a football game where you play as just one player competing against 21 other human controlled players.
You would have to work as a team and as an individual, utilising your best abilities. We are now approaching a time where technology would allow us to do this, so if there is anyone out there reading this and can put my idea into a game please do.
Do any of you readers have a great idea for a video game, then please share your ideas.
