can any of the staff help - i cannot access my htdocs folder and when i try and access my website the page cannot be found. it looks like my folders and files have disappeared??? i uploaded new pages 6 hours ago and it was all working then...

The best thing to is to send a ticket to our support department here with full details of the affected site (is it on our free hosting or is it a VIP account?). We'll then be able to look into the problem for you and hopefully sort it out!
