Hi all
I had a thought concerning changing the locks and I think you all need to be careful you are not infringing the fire regulations. You will have to leave a copy with the management company which defeats the object of the excersise.
No I dont want to pay the maintenace fee. I have 2 apartments so its a double whammy and He still owes me 13000Euros
