Perhaps all you people with Mortgages/loans will be happy. But I bloody well aint. With inflation at 2.9% there is hardly any point of a future conscience person like me saving. Noticed how nearly all the TV advertising is dominated by loan companies of late? Probably get even worse now...
Mind you, it should send house prices up even further...Which is all good. We bought our house for £110,000 12 years ago brand new. And it is already worth £300,000+ Could hit £350,000 sometime this year.

only word i could think of at the time. My point being i'm thinking of the future and not just the present when looking at my self in financial terms.
