And I'm sure squad rotation would see him playing plenty of football.
How would he be happy acting as cover for the likes of Giggs and van Nistelrooy??
And with his free-kicks too, I smell something....
"Veron: Part 2"
:S
He's quite versatile, I think, and a good set pievce taker... *snigger*
The only reasons I can think of would be that it's another way of him trying to beat Fergie to something; or that he wouldn't want to face the prospect of having to leave Seaman face-to-face with the Brazillian when United return to Hughbury next-season. :)
But I can still see him going to Serie A with Inter first.
I reckon that like so-many-others, he'll give the Premiership a miss for now.
I don't see how he'd fit into the United team either, really.
We seem to be doing well with Scholes and van Nistelrooy upfront; Solskjaer, Forlan, and a few youngsters act as cover for them; Veron, Giggs, Beckham, and Keane are doing well together in the midfield; and even they've got substantial cover in Stewart, Fortune, Chadwick, and more youngsters.
How would Ronaldinho fit into our team, WITHOUT causing another Veron-style problem??

Brazilian world champion Ronaldinho returned to training at Paris St Germain on Friday almost a week late and amid rumours that he could be on his way in the summer.
Ronaldinho's excuse was that he wanted to have dental treatment in his homeland. But PSG were not impressed with his argument....
