for those of you who dont know Tokyo Megaplex is a level on SSX the exellent Snowboarding game for PS2, it is probably the wackyiest level on a sports game! but aside from that i would like to bring your attention to the music, this is top stuff, ive got it in my head, cant get it out of my head, my favorite is one track for Merqury City, totaly retro.
Its very strange because i get these bouts, bouts of needing to treed some snow, get out, and do some 'tricks' for lack of a better word, its amazing, i was talking to a good friend when suddenly i had to go turn on the ps2 wait for it to load and well ya know... play it.
This is becoming a problem as i am completing the courses first time round! (Gold medal usually)
My fav character has got to be mac, as i played him in the demo that came with my PS2, i cannot stand Elise (cos she rams into you, subsiqently knocking you over, then says "Get over it" or "I told you i was coming through" in an annoying voice) i also hate Kaori as she does the same rams into you then says something really wierd (Japennesse) and snowboards of into the distance leaving you last oh thank a lot.... (shant continue)
Also the other courses are completely over the top, mind-bending falls and turns that makes my head spin an example would be Elypine Alps, at the end there is a rollercoaster type turn that throws you up, up, up and over coming out the other side shacken not stired, whilst all the time staying on the track.
Another completely fictional idea is that of snow being underground inlarge pipes? whilst being very amuzing and a cool level it is a bit unrealistic, the same as another post by (i think) "Dan" about shenmue having a saturn.
Thats it really just had to tell you all about how cool this game is, and i would recomend it to ALL PS2 owners.
