"Adam and Eve- who came first?"

Well everyone gets taught in religious education/studies at school that the first man and woman to walk on the earth was Adam and Eve but who did God make first? If you say Adam then women will say your sexist but if you say Eve the men will say the same thing or think your talking a load of cr*p because they believe men are dominant over women! Its a tough one! I need to know!!
