I am currently out of the country.....And obviously wanting to update web sites. I cannot now dial up to 08 numbers...and number given to me by freeola tries to connect then appears an error message stating remote computer could not connect. I am using same computer as in UK (laptop) just changed dial up number??? Any suggestions....

If you're not in the UK you can't connect to freeola (unless you connect internationally, which would be muchos £££). If you're not connected to freeola, you can't upload. Capiche?

Sometimes its +44 or ++44 instead of 00. Don't ask me how you dial a +, there is a way :O) I remember having problems when trying to send an sms to Norway one time, it needed one or two +'s.

One + is all it needs. Then the '0', the first number of the dial-up number needs to be removed

+44 1952 270017 is probably what you need.

Freeola would most likely be:

+44 845 112 1200
or
+44 845 112 1400

0845 numbers cost a fortune from abroad (they may be local rate here in UK but are premium rate from outside the UK!)

The coolest ISP ever!
In my opinion, the ISP is the best I have ever used. They guarantee 'first time connection - everytime', which they have never let me down on.
Just a quick note to say thanks for a very good service ... in fact excellent service..
