I'm trying to upload images into my image directory but freeola doesn't seem to want to upload them, any reason why?

my site http://www.dmonster.co.uk it's not very good at the moment as there are no images,

Don't use a .cgi forum but use a PHP one instead...

YaBB looks crap compared to some of the PHP ones...

It might be an idea to look into the Code, and change it so the Images are not in the cgi-bin. I've had problems trying to run a PHP Script in the cgi-bin.

As the cgi-bin is designed to hold and run CGI Scripts, that could be the reason for th image problem.

Just try chaning the title image or something, moving it into the htdocs folder and changinf the src bit in the Code, just to see if it works.

I think it uses the cgi bin to store stuff.

Yes, but the forum is hosted from your main web folder. It only goes to the bin folder when it requires a script.

(at least I think that's correct, never written a website with cgi scripts).

I need them in my cgi-bin as my forum uses cgi to run

I don't think putting Images in the cgi-bin works very well.

Try just sticking them in the normal 'htdocs' folder, and they should load up fine.
