This is a bit random, but I was just thinking - seven clubs in Italy have often been called one of the sisters of Italian Football. I was thinking about it and so far have come up of six definites and two maybes.

Definites - Internazionale, AC Milan, Juventus, Roma, Lazio(boo), and Fiorentina(RIP).

Maybes - Parma, Napoli

Can anyone clear this up?
