Welcome back to the much-anticipated LightCAW Title rematch here on SRW Eclipse, between DOA member and current LightCAW champion Stone Edge (Jericho15), and HIAC survivor and former LightCAW champion himself, RawIsAndy (Starlight). The LightCAW Title has changed hands quite a few times since its inception, and RawIsAndy has already held the belt. However, after being eliminated first from HiaC, he will be looking to bounce back up with a title win. However, Stone Edge won the title partly due to RIA attitude, and he will be looking to show he is champion on merit. However, already on Eclipse we have witnessed certain backstage events that may determine the course of tonight’s match…

DoA gave new member Stone Edge (Jericho15) a prep talk, though there was just a slightest hint of animosity in the ranks over The Rat’s attitude to helping his fellow DoA member, especially when it comes to holding the belt he still feels should be his…
“*The Rat is over by Stone Edge's belt, looking and examining it*
DW: I was just saying, RIA isn't going to be in good form, so Stone Edge shouldn’t be complacent, isn't that right?
*The Rat (allardini) nods*
DW: And if worst comes to worst and he has the upper hand, your DOA friends will be able to offer some... assistance.
The Rat looks at the belt again with a devilish glint in his eye. 'Oh yeah' he says. 'I'll definitely be on hand...'”
However, despite alluding to possible presence in the match up or any potential involvement in its outcome, since then DW made it clear he would not be involved in the contest in a surprising admission…
“Stone Edge holds his head in his hands as DW continues.
“That is why I am announcing a leave from SRW. It may not be for long, but I shall not be returning to your screens until SRW Burnout.”
DW walks to the back, leaving The Rat, Crusher and Stone Edge.”
To add further spice to the proceedings, rival faction the Elements decided to insinuate themselves in to the whole situation by seemingly offering encouragement to RIA – will they play a part in the match, or was it simply a case of Reaver sticking his nose in to other people’s business for his own ends? We shall see, right now!

*CKY HITS* RIA enters to a good ovation! Perhaps surprising, but maybe the fans are warming to RIA unique style – and anyway, default will probably cheer anyone in a match against a member of DoA! Displaying his usual cocky attitude, but looking a lot more focussed than recently, RIA ascends the turnbuckle, flexing a little before hopping into the ring and preparing for his oppone…
KEEP ROLLIN’ ROLLIN’ ROLLIN’! A cacophony of boos fill the arena as Stone Edge enters the arena, LightCAW belt strapped around his weight and a confident glint in his eye! Stepping in between the second and third rope, he purposefully stares out RIA, whispering something in the referee’s ear and handing him the belt, as he shimmies himself and prepares for his first title defence…
DING DING DING!!
Stone Edge (Jericho15) and RawIsAndy (Starlight) circle each other in the ring, waiting to strike… RIA goes for the legs but misses; Stone Edge gets a second advantage, and clubs him on the back, knocking him to the canvas. Stone Edge then brutally starts stomping away on the back of RIA, until RIA slides out of the ring for a breather and a chance to rethink his strategy. But Stone Edge swiftly slides out of the ring and goes after him! Left hand to the back of the head by Stone Edge, this is all Stone Edge early on! Stone Edge grabs his arm and whips him, but RIA skilfully reverses him right into …CLANK!!!!… STONE EDGE SMASHES INTO THE RING SIDE STEPS!
Stone Edge clutches his shoulder as the referee compels them to get back into the ring. RIA seems to be heeding his warning as he climbs the apron, no wait! LEG DROP! Leg drop from the apron across the neck of Stone Edge! Stone Edge winces in pain as RIA points to the title belt and taunts. He ascends the apron again and leaps… NOBODY HOME! Stone Edge scrambled out of the way and RIA hit his chest across the barrier! An action packed opening here folks, low on in-ring action as of yet by high on high-octane excitement! Stone Edge gets to his feet and, grabbing RIA (Starlight) by the scruff of the neck, pushing him into the ring.
Stone Edge, still feeling the effect of that steel steps collision, pulls RIA to his feet and hits a suplex! RIA holds his lower back as Stone Edge repeats the stiff suplex once more. Grabbing the arm of RIA, he whips him into the turnbuckle, RIA rebounding painfully from that big post! Stone Edge seems to have lost a little mobility in that shoulder; I wonder what effect that could have later in the match up? Stone Edge (Jericho15) walks over to RIA, but RIA manages to spear him in the chest! Spectacular comeback from RIA – he grabs Stone Edge, who is now a little winded, and whips him into the turnbuckle, smashing the post into his injured shoulder!! Screams of pain emanate from Stone Edge as RIA steps onto the outside of the ring, pushing Stone Edge’s head one side of the turnbuckle, and holding his arm from the other side – he pulls his arm back. …OOOWW!! JESUS! RIA viciously rams the injured shoulder of Stone Edge into the turnbuckle, whilst sadistically watching the pain he is caused etched on the face of his opponent!
RawIsAndy (Starlight) ends the assault and taunts him, whilst Stone Edge manages to clamber to his feet, still clutching that shoulder. RawIsAndy slides into the ring and leans back against the ropes, into a powerful standing clothesline! RIA leans over and grabs Stone Edge, definitely on the back foot, and pulls him to his feet, but Stone Edge (Jericho15) is fighting back! He starts to elbow the ribs of RIA, still in that headlock, until RIA relinquishes the grip, allowing Stone Edge to spin him round, lift him and hit a backbreaker! Stone Edge is starting to build some momentum of his own here, grabbing RIA with his good arm and whipping him into the turnbuckle, taking a running jump and smacking a superkick into the chest of RIA!
Some tremendous back and forth action so far on Eclipse, with both these amazing athletes giving as good as they get! RawIsAndy (Starlight) rebounds from the turnbuckle, leading to a skilful chop block from Stone Edge, pushing his face into the canvas! Stone Edge flexes his shoulder to try and get some feeling back, allowing RIA just enough time to get to his feet and start laying some strong punches into Stone Edge, followed by a series of knife edge chops, eliciting a series of ‘WHOOOOO!’s from the crowd! Stone Edge falls to the floor and RIA goes to grab him, but STONE EDGE WRAPS HIM IN A SMALL PACKAGE…

As RIA seems to get the upperhand in the ring…What’s this??? The Rat has the LightCAW Title in his hand!! Back in the ring the action is still flowing…DDT FROM NOWHERE BY STONE EDGE, TOTALLY AGAINST THE FLOW!
Tremendous move by Stone Edge, his qualities really showing through. WAIT, THE RAT SLIDES INTO THE RING AND GOES TO STRIKE STONE EDGE… BUT MISSES AND STRIKES THE REFEREE!!
The referee crashes to the canvas as Stone Edge (Jericho15) seems a little in shock, and as for The Rat (allardini) doesn’t really know how to react! He seems to be pointing for something…STONE EDGE TURNS INTO THE JIMJAMJAHA!! JIMJAMJAHA! Could this be it? RawIsAndy looks to have the title won!!! He hooks the leg…

BUT THERE IS NO REFEREE!!!! The ref is still out as The Rat tries to revive him, RIA is incredulous and seems to be beckoning to the heavens, and Stone Edge slowly recovers! As the ref begins to stir, The Rat walks over to RIA, …..and strikes him!! What is going on here?!? Punches to the face of RIA!! The ref gets up slowly as RIA reels, and now The Rat is offering the belt to Stone Edge…and he accepts! Stone Edge grabs the belt and SMACKS RRAWISANDY ACROSS THE FACE WITH IT, BUSTING HIM OPEN!!
The ref saw that ….DING DING DING!! STONE EDGE (JERICHO15) IS DISQUALIFIED, BUT RETAINS THE TITLE! Strange goings on at the death, here! It was an even, fast paced match up until The Rat (allardini) arrived – seemingly trying to cost Stone Edge the title, but when he missed he seemed to switch allegiance again! Hope you enjoyed the match. I would like to take this opportunity to clarify my position here in SRW. So far I have had a wonderful time writing matches, and despite what some may believe, I have enjoyed being part of this more than my GAD wins. However, the workload at university is seriously increasing, and with a part-time job as well, my recreational time has been cut seriously shut short. Because of that, I’m afraid I won’t be able to continue a full time schedule writing for SRW. I actually felt this way a little while ago, but as we were short of writers, I carried on, but now there are some great new writers. From time to time, I may be able to come back and write the occasional match (if you’ll have me back :D), but as for full time, I guess I’m gonna have to call it a day.

I'm not leaving the forums completely AJ, I'm just saying my posting will be sporadic to say the least, and I can't really commit to a full time schedule. I may still be able to write matches on some basis, but I'll have to notify Ant when I'm available.
Aha, very good stuff indeed. High flying (from RIA's point anyway), and just generally an exciting and action-packed match to read.

RawIsAndy slides into the ring and leans back against the ropes, into a powerful standing clothesline! RIA leans over and grabs Stone Edge, definitely on the back foot, and pulls him to his feet, but Stone Edge (Jericho15) is fighting back! He starts to elbow the ribs of RIA, still in that headlock, until RIA relinquishes the grip, allowing Stone Edge to spin him round, lift him and hit a backbreaker! Stone Edge is starting to build some momentum of his own here, grabbing RIA with his good arm and whipping him into the turnbuckle, taking a running jump and smacking a superkick into the chest of RIA!
Some tremendous back and forth action so far on Eclipse, with both these amazing athletes giving as good as they get! RawIsAndy (Starlight) rebounds from the turnbuckle, leading to a skilful chop block from Stone Edge, pushing his face into the canvas! Stone Edge flexes his shoulder to try and get some feeling back, allowing RIA just enough time to get to his feet and start laying some strong punches into Stone Edge, followed by a series of knife edge chops, eliciting a series of ‘WHOOOOO!’s from the crowd! Stone Edge falls to the floor and RIA goes to grab him, but STONE EDGE WRAPS HIM IN A SMALL PACKAGE…

As RIA seems to get the upperhand in the ring…What’s this??? The Rat has the LightCAW Title in his hand!! Back in the ring the action is still flowing…DDT FROM NOWHERE BY STONE EDGE, TOTALLY AGAINST THE FLOW!

BUT THERE IS NO REFEREE!!!! The ref is still out as The Rat tries to revive him, RIA is incredulous and seems to be beckoning to the heavens, and Stone Edge slowly recovers! As the ref begins to stir, The Rat walks over to RIA, …..and strikes him!! What is going on here?!? Punches to the face of RIA!! The ref gets up slowly as RIA reels, and now The Rat is offering the belt to Stone Edge…and he accepts! Stone Edge grabs the belt and SMACKS RRAWISANDY ACROSS THE FACE WITH IT, BUSTING HIM OPEN!!
The ref saw that ….DING DING DING!! STONE EDGE (JERICHO15) IS DISQUALIFIED, BUT RETAINS THE TITLE! Strange goings on at the death, here! It was an even, fast paced match up until The Rat (allardini) arrived – seemingly trying to cost Stone Edge the title, but when he missed he seemed to switch allegiance again! Hope you enjoyed the match. I would like to take this opportunity to clarify my position here in SRW. So far I have had a wonderful time writing matches, and despite what some may believe, I have enjoyed being part of this more than my GAD wins. However, the workload at university is seriously increasing, and with a part-time job as well, my recreational time has been cut seriously shut short. Because of that, I’m afraid I won’t be able to continue a full time schedule writing for SRW. I actually felt this way a little while ago, but as we were short of writers, I carried on, but now there are some great new writers. From time to time, I may be able to come back and write the occasional match (if you’ll have me back :D), but as for full time, I guess I’m gonna have to call it a day.

DoA gave new member Stone Edge (Jericho15) a prep talk, though there was just a slightest hint of animosity in the ranks over The Rat’s attitude to helping his fellow DoA member, especially when it comes to holding the belt he still feels should be his…
“*The Rat is over by Stone Edge's belt, looking and examining it*
DW: I was just saying, RIA isn't going to be in good form, so Stone Edge shouldn’t be complacent, isn't that right?
*The Rat (allardini) nods*
DW: And if worst comes to worst and he has the upper hand, your DOA friends will be able to offer some... assistance.
The Rat looks at the belt again with a devilish glint in his eye. 'Oh yeah' he says. 'I'll definitely be on hand...'”
However, despite alluding to possible presence in the match up or any potential involvement in its outcome, since then DW made it clear he would not be involved in the contest in a surprising admission…
“Stone Edge holds his head in his hands as DW continues.
“That is why I am announcing a leave from SRW. It may not be for long, but I shall not be returning to your screens until SRW Burnout.”
DW walks to the back, leaving The Rat, Crusher and Stone Edge.”
To add further spice to the proceedings, rival faction the Elements decided to insinuate themselves in to the whole situation by seemingly offering encouragement to RIA – will they play a part in the match, or was it simply a case of Reaver sticking his nose in to other people’s business for his own ends? We shall see, right now!

*CKY HITS* RIA enters to a good ovation! Perhaps surprising, but maybe the fans are warming to RIA unique style – and anyway, default will probably cheer anyone in a match against a member of DoA! Displaying his usual cocky attitude, but looking a lot more focussed than recently, RIA ascends the turnbuckle, flexing a little before hopping into the ring and preparing for his oppone…
KEEP ROLLIN’ ROLLIN’ ROLLIN’! A cacophony of boos fill the arena as Stone Edge enters the arena, LightCAW belt strapped around his weight and a confident glint in his eye! Stepping in between the second and third rope, he purposefully stares out RIA, whispering something in the referee’s ear and handing him the belt, as he shimmies himself and prepares for his first title defence…
DING DING DING!!
Stone Edge (Jericho15) and RawIsAndy (Starlight) circle each other in the ring, waiting to strike… RIA goes for the legs but misses; Stone Edge gets a second advantage, and clubs him on the back, knocking him to the canvas. Stone Edge then brutally starts stomping away on the back of RIA, until RIA slides out of the ring for a breather and a chance to rethink his strategy. But Stone Edge swiftly slides out of the ring and goes after him! Left hand to the back of the head by Stone Edge, this is all Stone Edge early on! Stone Edge grabs his arm and whips him, but RIA skilfully reverses him right into …CLANK!!!!… STONE EDGE SMASHES INTO THE RING SIDE STEPS!
Stone Edge clutches his shoulder as the referee compels them to get back into the ring. RIA seems to be heeding his warning as he climbs the apron, no wait! LEG DROP! Leg drop from the apron across the neck of Stone Edge! Stone Edge winces in pain as RIA points to the title belt and taunts. He ascends the apron again and leaps… NOBODY HOME! Stone Edge scrambled out of the way and RIA hit his chest across the barrier! An action packed opening here folks, low on in-ring action as of yet by high on high-octane excitement! Stone Edge gets to his feet and, grabbing RIA (Starlight) by the scruff of the neck, pushing him into the ring.
Stone Edge, still feeling the effect of that steel steps collision, pulls RIA to his feet and hits a suplex! RIA holds his lower back as Stone Edge repeats the stiff suplex once more. Grabbing the arm of RIA, he whips him into the turnbuckle, RIA rebounding painfully from that big post! Stone Edge seems to have lost a little mobility in that shoulder; I wonder what effect that could have later in the match up? Stone Edge (Jericho15) walks over to RIA, but RIA manages to spear him in the chest! Spectacular comeback from RIA – he grabs Stone Edge, who is now a little winded, and whips him into the turnbuckle, smashing the post into his injured shoulder!! Screams of pain emanate from Stone Edge as RIA steps onto the outside of the ring, pushing Stone Edge’s head one side of the turnbuckle, and holding his arm from the other side – he pulls his arm back. …OOOWW!! JESUS! RIA viciously rams the injured shoulder of Stone Edge into the turnbuckle, whilst sadistically watching the pain he is caused etched on the face of his opponent!
