Personally I wasn't actually watching TV so I will leave that sentence alone, what I was watching was an amazing collection on DVD of the ALIEN films, (including an extra 30 mins of unseen footage).
The sound and the quality were something which I had never seen before it was amazing. This brings me to my topic heading 'Computer Dvd' I have this Special Sony TV that you can have 2 PCs connected to at the same time.
I decided to connected my G4 upto the TV and watch my film on the G4s DVD drive.
The only word that comes into my head is 'WOW'. It feels as if you are there acting in the film. The sound was coming from all directions, the quality took my breathe away (got it back now) and the G4s DVD impressed me so much that I am typing this email on the left of the TV screen while watching CBBC on the right.
The summary of all that I have just written is that most new PCs come supplied with a DVD on board, people who have this DVD with there computers should seriously think about connecting it to a TV and getting swept into a film, also all those people who are thinking about buying a DVD settop box, I suggest dont buy a cheap one because you get adequate sound and picture quality (like the PS2) go BIG and buy a brilliant one!!!
Its worth it!
