"Can someone explain AGP/Graphics card"

Im looking at some graphics gard, can anyone recomened any cheap but good good cards. im not to sure what im looking for when i look at a graphics card. theres ddr mb bus and bandwith,and much more. can someone explain it all please?

Also,when looking at a graphics card,it says AGP x 2, i know what a agp port is,but whats the x2 bit. i know i have agp ,but i dont know how to find out with out opening the pc.

To know your AGP speed for sure, you'd need to know your motherboard make/model. I'm not going to ask you to open your case, you'd probably electricute yourself..

Do you know how fast your processor is? The speed of the processor is related to the specs of the motherboard and what graphics card would be sensible to install.

Stick a sock in your mouth then unplug the keyboard...
