I have quite a modern PC which can run DVD's and I have one or two that I like to watch (The Matrix and Braveheart) but they are not as good watching them on a PC screen as it would be on a TV or even in the cinema.
In case you had not gueseed I do not have a DVD player on its own. The fact it may not be as enjoyable for me is my computer seat is not comfortable and it is the coldest room in the house, but I do not belive that is why it is not as good, I think it is because you do not feel the full affect watching it on a screen it is just not as good and I find it annoying trying to get the film on the full screen only about three quarters.
Of course if I win a DVD with this I will not be complaining.
