I've also changed disks a few times with FF7 & 8
Its the data disks that dont swap, not multi disk games.
Data disks are like the extra VR missions for MGS, where you need to have MGS to play the VR missions. Its the same with GTA London, you need GTA to run GTA london. So by what has been on the board these games will not work on PS2. When I say games I mean the data disks not the games that need to be loaded to play a data disk.
