need help in Philly "Bluntside the Awning"? "Drain the Fountain"? intstructions, info, cheats, and all other help is much appreciated.

lol I its quite scary but I do know!!!! you turn right at the start and ollie up the building using the rail on the steps and the ramped curb pointing to the building, then grind the valves and it drains

Probably the hardest thing in the game to figure out.
