dvd.co.uk get dvd's to you super quick, and they are reasonably priced.
CD-WOW are good. They're cheap, fast, free postage and packaging and provide all region DVD's, plenty of music and games now too...
Got my Tenacious D album from there for £8.99 and plenty of DVD's for cheaper than play.com, Resident Evil for example that was £3's cheaper!

Amazon always charge postage on top of the price printed. The cd by Lemon Jelly with postage works out at £9.94. An extra £1.45 for postage and packing.
You should try a little store i now called 101cd.com dirt cheap and free postage. For example your cd would have only cost you £8.95 all in (sorry dont mean to rub salt in the wounds).
I personally find that amazon are one of the most expensive online retailers around. When ever i am thinking of making a purchase be it CD's or DVDs (Not games I always come here, Honest guv ;))I always run it though kelcoo.co.uk. first. This gives you a list of prices from various retailers, who have signed up with this site, amazon among them. Who come out more expensive a least 80% of the time.

I like Amazon. Always get the stuff to you hella quick. Play are good, too; not as quick, but cheaper.

The price you see is the price you pay (apart from postage)
Maybe you got confused with them showing the price without Vat at the checkout.
