I tried to post something about it last night, but of course it didn't work, so here it is again.
The first epiosde (of 10, all 1 and a half hours long) was very slow at first, but got better towards the end, it definitly shows promise, although I don't know if I can be bothered to watch all the episodes. What did you think?

It did begin very slowly, and managed to pick up at the end, though it was a bit of a let down.
I did however enjoy the whole "Roswell" thing in the programme; it was the only story out of the three in the show, which I really liked to watch. The other two, with the alien disguised as a human and some WW2 pilot who started freaking out where just bland and uninspiring.

I thought it was a huge disappointment.
The special effects, acting, script and direction were all utter toss. AND they didn't even bother doing anything original - they just rehashed things we can already see on the History channel every night. I thought this was gonna be another Band of Brothers (which was good), but it turned out a sorry performance and I shan't bother watching any of the following episodes.
Oh, and the little girl that does the narration, she turns out to be a half-alien thing.
