It's a waste of time...clubs should be able to buy when they like. Surely it's an infringement on Human Rights? There's no rule saying you can't nip down to your local Argos or Dixons and buy something only between June and August and January. It also is contributing to the slowdown of the economy which isn't helping anyone....scap it i say
True say, look at leeds, selling before they buy, they have enough money to buy one player and the transfer window closes. Then thier debts mount up (that was a possibility)
