Apparently the demo is out now, ooohh!

Although I dunno, with the likes of F.E.A.R and Battlefield 2 recently, generic fps games dont really appeal to me anymore, there are too many of them anyway. Plus its another WW2 one, which i'm just tired of.

But anyway

Meh it was ok i suppose. Not too sure what to think about the new health system tho. And why is change weapon on the 2 key? Makes no sense. Also I forgot to change reload to my scroll button and kept lobbing grenades when I didnt mean to :S

Got 1meg and nothing else to do, so I'll download it.

I'm splashing out £400 so I can build my own system for BF2.

My God, you haven't got BF?!?!?!?!??!?!!??!?!!?!111111

It's superb, if a bit too demanding graphically.

I can't see me getting this if the MP isn't spectacular. I've heard that there are going to be no vehicles online.

Think i'll save my money and buy BF2 instead.

It's far too linear and scripted, and no squad play - they have names, but does it matter if they're dead at the end? Nope. You couldn't shoot the men in the truck at the beginning (well, not in your own truck anyway, and grenades had no effect). Something funny I noticed, if you hide at the back of the truck when it crashes, then look at the wall where the jeep is and all the soldiers behind it, there's a constant stream of soldiers coming over the wall then getting shot up.

The retail version will be optimised, so I shouldn't worry.

I quite enjoyed the demo but it hates my PC. drops down to 8 FPS in places at 1024x768 with most things on medium (not that there's many options to tweak). I can't work out why it's running so badly.
