Turns out that Tiscali send out a USB modem, so to connect to Xbox Live it looks like I'll have to set up ICS. So, is this easy? I'm running Windows XP and I've got all the network cards / cables that I need - I just don't know how to do it....

Cheers.

Go to "My Network Places", right click on the network in question (ie. the port to your Xbox) and go to "Properties". Go across to "Advanced" and put a tick in the "allow other computers to connect to the Internet through this computer" box.

I think that's what it says, anyway.

The on the Xbox set everything to automatic, and it should auto-detect, but it often isn't that easy.

If it doesn't work, talk to Live, they know what they're doing.

It worked when I had it set up like that at my old house, but, for some reason, my dad's PC isn't being very nice.

Good luck.
