I have become an amazon associate so i sell there stuff and get 5% of all the stuff i sell. What do you think?
True, but spread it out over the 3 years, and that's just over £11.50 a year .... hardly enought to quit your Job over and live on :)

I've made it so when they click buy game on my site it automatically adds it to the basket at amazon. Its not a banner one. Me nad my mate both are doing it and have done other sites as well with average hits aday of around 500. So we are feeling quite comfident.
I've made £35 in 3 years .... so, don't get your hopes up.
Unless you get thousands of hits, don't bother!
There is a VERY low click rate on banner ads and you're not gonna get many people buying stuff through the banner...
Most times people will close the page and return direct to Amazon to buy it at a later time, then you get nothing!
The buy has to be right there, right then, if they leave your site and go direct to Amazon later to buy it you get nothing!
