I remember as a kid I was tomboyish. Wanted all the lads toys would just go out with them and kick a ball around etc…

I was quite into radio controlled cars for a while, used to travel around the northwest with me old man racing them. Got a few trophies.
Had to give it up though, too expensive to keep going. Looking at them now, kits are still about £250 new, then your radio gear etc, you're looking at £400 new. And you're going to crash them a lot, so it isn't cheap.
I had a model plane briefly too. Boys and toys eh?

We had Transformers, Go-bots, Mask, WWF figures, Star Wars figures, those pink muscle men thingies. Never had an action man though :/
