Many of you don't know this some of you do but regard less for those less learned here is an explaination of a frame...in computer terms a frame is basically a screen...your actuall monitor can have a number of frames in it display. on the website: www.cheatcc.com the page offers a frame or no frame version of the web page....if you select frames then you can scroll through seperate section of a web-page at different times. you can leave the menu column at the top whilst you scroll down a main page and vice-versa. If you select no frames then the whoole page is joined together and everything scrolls down and up with everything else....try it your self...it has nothing to do with how or if you computer is compatible. www.cheatcc.com
