Well the person(s) wishing to buy your song will email you and you can send them the tune by email/post so they know.

But if you're a songwriter, i'm sure you write lyrics to a melody like i do. How do they cover that bit?
I doubt anyone will make any cash out of this, people will read the lyrics on there and then either use the story and ideas in their own lyrics or adapt them enough to avoid copyright.
