I bought Half life 2 relavtively recently and the friends server never works. Any ideas?
its strange it only worked for me when i had teh illegal CSS beta but as soon as i paid for hl2 it died horribly.

It's the most craptacular friends system ever.
The friends network has never worked properly and probably never will.
Check your settings and make sure its configured to your I.P settings.
