Work out how long it takes to upload 1mb, then times it by 27, and times it by the price per minute for your phone line.

Roughly saying you get 3kb/s upload speed:
Weekend - £1.80 max...
Off peak £3.60 max..
Avoid peak time, it could cost about £7.20!

You can get about 21.6 meg uploaded in 2 hours costing you £1.20

Nope, you're dialing up, the best you can upload at it just over 3k/sec...
You'll get about 3k most times so just upload at weekends...
A just use the rough estimate of:
10meg = 60p
