I can easily get on to freeola control panel with my username and password but when i try to connect to the internet with my username and password it says that they are not correct? but they are definately correct! Any of you guy's know why?

Wrong telephone number? Not used freeola for quite some time so I can't remember whis username/password gets used where :O[

Are you using either of these numbers:

0845 112 1200
0845 112 1400

If you are, try the other one.

Are you sure you've got the password correct, case wise I mean??

while it is dialing it says username/password is incorrect! but it is definitely right! IS the username just my account number sr4545566 (not my real account just made it up)

No, that account ID is correct.

Do you have broadband by any chance?

You can't dial-up using the broadband modem!

You have to dial-up using the dial-up modem!

If your boradband modem is connected using the USB connection, simply unplug it and goto My Computer...

Click dial up networking and add new connection...

Set up the freeola number and there you are!

It's a weekday evening so it's 2p per minute at the moment...

At weekends it costs 1p a minute...

Don't dial up at peak time though!

4p a min!
