I use Photoshop when I have to. However, I can't say I'm any good with it as I just don't use Photoshop for graphics.

That's really good though... although I'd recommend fading or similar the woman into the background on the right as opposed to just a hard cut.

Yeah, that might be a good idea. He seems to like it from his reaction on irc but I'll have a fiddle quickly before I'm off =]

'tis very very nice, although the blur effect on the letters distracts my eyes just a little too much. If you thicken the black border around the letters, and make the white blur effect more transparent, that will probably cure it.

We're having a little mess around over on the TO forums, and we were all given a picture to edit, heres my attempt although it sucks and isnt exactly edited :x

Ah its nothing big, but its in progress at the moment and its called

www.gamersplace.org

Very tacky name but I dont really mind =] Probably only be stuff such as banner design, forum banner, menu maybe etc. but its all cool :) Only thing troubling me is the fact that I've got stuck in a rut and all my stuff looks pretty similar, happened to someone else on the TO forums and he got a lot of stick lol. Oh well, cant win 'em all and I'm sure my style will evolve.

Had a little crack at their main page banner tonight, as I say its very much "MJ" in its style:

Looks quite cool in my opinion, shame it wont go with the site.. not that the other one does either though lol :D
