I got a similar explanation whe I met with Teodor and the developers. I understand tha only one person-who they said completed on time-got paid. No point in throwing good money after bad with an individual claim but if we could act together for a reasonable amount I might be interested

I paid on time (early Actualy) so they had no excuse to not pay me.
The answer i got was that they may pay me later in the year but i am not holding my breath.
I an sure they have given different excuses to us all.

is there anyone out there who was in with the developer and got any reason for not getting guaranteed rental,i was in and they told me that the solicitor group which mri approved hadn,t paid the monies on time please tell me any other reasons you got for not given us this money i would be intersted to hear from you..Thanks Marty

Not right now I've got a headache. Also I'm very tired, very hyper on Red Bull and about to have lunch then go out for the afternoon (pub/drink/kebab/sex/fall asleep, usual Saturday stuff).
