Oh, and CSS isn't supported by any hosts, as it's a Browser thing, not a host thing. So your CSS code will be allowed on ANY Web Host you decide to use .... CSS relies on the vistor having a compatible Web Browser, rather than the host having the software.

Also, you are very unlikely to find a free host who offers MySQL, so you may have to pay a little for that feature on any host.

Freeola support CGI, PHP and SSI, but not MySQL.

Freeola should be a fine pick for a Host, but they don't support MySQL.

u only hav to use the dial up when u want to upload then u can go back to what ever u use normaly

go to http://www.freeola.com and sign up then you will recive a dial up internet account which is charged at local rated then u can ftp up to your web space which has php and all that stuff as well as ssi (server side includes)
