I think the team is pretty much undefeatable. I don't think anyone can call me biased in my chelsea choices as Cudicini and Gallas are indisputable choice and Desailly is world class and the best partner In my opinion for Gallas. I imagine everyone will pick two out of Hasselbaink, Van Nist and Henry. Should finish every game with 9 men as well!

In fairness to him he is nowhere near fit. It was just the lesser of two evils as nobody wants de goey in goal!

After todays performance, I'll give Cudicini a slap and chuck him out of my team!

And replace him with the quite amazing Macho. Sunderland would have lost 10-1 had they had a lesser keeper!

Hoult is also a very good keeper and I wasn't sure whether to put him in front of Freidel.

I'm surprised to see no-one's mentioned the Premiership's top-scorer yet; James Beattie! Sure, he may be playing for Southampton, and he may not be `England material` yet, but I think he's definitley worth a look with the goal-scoring form he's been on lately.

And I think Cudicini deserves to be ahead of Friedel in goal, mainly because he's played a huge part in keeping Chelsea so high-up in the league (for once!) where-as Blackburn aren't really anywhere near them in the Premiership.


Anyone know what the Opta Index Stats shows the current best team as?

He got into all but Neo's second team. Cudicini has conceded less and has been performing that well for 2 seasons where as friedal has only been playing like this since march.

I'm suprised, that based on current form; nobody has chosen Brad Friedel for the Keepers No.1 spot.
