OK fine, so the British public supposedly wants PS2, great well I don’t care – they aren’t getting any, as there’s none left. Sony blew the wind out of Sega with the Playstation, and now it’s time the Dreamcast took the limelight – after all it is the better console! Nintendo have had the luxury of a soft financial cushion to land on (after the N64 failed to shift in numbers) in the form of Game Boy, but I truly do believe that Sega’s machine of tricks will dominate, and Christmas sales only speak for themselves: Playstation 2 – 0 (well, excluding the 2500 imports from Tesco)
Dreamcast – 100,000 in the UK (figures will confirm this)
Not bad eh?

The nintendo 64 hasn't sold any better than PS2, whereas PSone and GBC sales are good.

I'd like to overlook the obvious joke that was the original post and move on to the subject of Tesco and their 'Grey Import' machines...

These grey imports are not official UK machines, and Sony don't want them imported, right? And we know there have been problems with some PS2's, right?

So my question is... if someone buys one of these machines from Tesco, gets it home, and finds a problem with it, are Sony obliged to repair or replace the machine? If not, Tesco's are bound to have a few extremely pi... erm, annoyed customers returning in the next few weeks...

Personally, I don't care what gaming console I have as long as it is good and it is enjoyable that is all that matters.

not as big demand in some countries, tesco's ordered them, they get it from a place called the grey market because they buy it cheaper from other countires and sell it dearer here. It's not illegal thas why it's not called the black market.
this is what tesco's do with there cheap cloths...
why levi took themto court.

I'm gonna reply in place.

I think the words: "Every machine made was snapped up b4 launch date" explains everything...
