I picture myself as a hooded adventurer with glinting lantern in-hand, seeking secret treasures in every corner of my dark labyrinth.
I spend almost every conscious moment in pursuit of dynamic and peculiar thoughts, attempting to discover the ideas of never-been minds, the wonder of never-been places, and the history of never-been events.
I explore the web-within allowing the light of my lamp to illuminate the seemingly endless network of passages and rooms.
Sometimes my dreaming-eye uncovers strings of words scrawled graffiti-like across walls.
Sometimes I meet strange philosophers who unleash my way verbal barrages of esoteric rhetoric.
Often I stumble upon dusty notebooks abandoned by wildmen of outlandish conjecture.
I collect any thing I encounter within the microcosm of my sometimes shallow, sometimes oceanic self.
This is who I am.
And though I know not who or what is around the next corner, my motto of inner exploration remains the same: forward is an inward song.
The unveiling and capture of a strange insight is like discovering a secret prize hidden deep within a subterranean chamber; like unearthing a stash of forgotten gold from an unexplored land; like catching a snowflake in my palm and for a moment beholding its beauty before it softly melts away.
To be a seeker of new visions is a quest of unlimited wonder.
It is the highest goal of the free-thinking mind - the golden star of intelligence.
I would counsel every thinker to cast aside the pursuit of truth and the accumulation of fixed belief, and instead urge them to seek-out unseen orchards and become gatherers of curious fruits.
Creep along risky hallways.
Spy through forbidden keyholes.
Allow the lush monster within to gallop free.
Make it your constant ambition to pure-see and pure-listen with an unprejudiced mind.
Thought that strides in the boots of openness and daring leaves behind itself the footprint language of self-discovery.
The ability to think is a rare and wonderful privilege, and only through honest and unrestricted feasting at the banquet of our own thoughtfulness do we glimpse the liberating and expansive light of a deeper and more constructive self-awareness.
Openness is the teacher on the road to wisdom - it is the way-in and the way-out of every maze - for its daring and honesty lays the foundation upon which can be built the highest achievement of all creative endeavour - namely: originality.
Never underestimate to magic of Vision: pepper the eyes and ears of mind with the finger-pointing power of fantasticals.
