Going to Nottingham to see the gf's sis, which means I have to get up real early and battle with my Dad for the bathroom. Then I have to get the train to Cambridge and then to Nottingham. Not as long on the train as I thought it would be, but £44 for the non-London route. The London route is £92!!! I'm only a poor student, why does God mock me!

I get the train to Cambridge most days, which takes about an hour so I should be alright. I've got a GBA (which I bought off Snuggly for about £100 and I've only used it for 5 minutes), so I'll try and find some batteries. Me and my gf will probably just talk about He-man or Thundercats to pass the time.
Take a GBA if you have one, Walkman/MP3 if you don't. Should pass the time. Of course, you don't want to fall asleep on the train though...
