My PC at work that now has XP, does not do this. It doesn't even ask for the option to look for the driver on the web at all, which is very annoying. It kinda gives me the option of put in the manufacturers cd or else... Please help. Its killing me!

It's how things were set up at college for me (i.e. can't actually do anything).
