Sorry for just gatecrashing your forum but I would like a little piece of advice.
I am about to upgrade my PC & I have decided to go for a Athlon XP+ processor, I currently have a Celeron 500mhz.
The problem is with the ram. In my existing PC I have got 256 megabytes of PC 100mhz SD-RAM. The new motherboard I will be buying has slots for DDR-RAM at 2300/2700. Is my existing ram compatible with this or will I have to purchase new ram?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
With Thanks
