I hav an AVI file and i want to change it to an MPG but Windows Media Player and RealOne Player don't allow you to change the file format. HOw can I do this???

It isn't that simple, in fact can be quite tricky.
You need software to convert it for you such as megapeg.
Browse the web using something like google for avi to mpeg conversion and you will find help and what kind of programs do it.
