Is it important to dilute Isopropyl Alcohol before using it? I was given some advise to filter it to at least 0.5 microns but I don't know what that means and how to do it.
> Ah i see. Why the heck would it need filtered?
Well either to remove large particles such as salt which may be contaiminating it. Or in some misguided attempt to sterilise it (laughable I know, what could survive in that?)

Well, um. What are you using it for?, and there isn't much point in filtering it unless you want it sterile, but to be honest whats gonna grown in 100% Isopropyl Alcohol? :S
Erm...forget that, I don't want to have your untimely death on my hands...I've got no idea, sorry mate.
