I have played and completed quake III areana on the dc but I found it very hard having to use my conroller.

The conroller is very hard to get used to so that is why they reccomend you buy the muse mat and the keyboard for maximum gameplay. It is true it is not worth buying if you are not prepared to buy the keyboard and mouse equal to £40.

Unless you are not prepared to spend this I would recomend that you just rent the game. Or buy it from special reserve. Either way is it worth it. (I am watching you ant)

Hmm, what is a muse mat Do you mean a mouse?

Well the game is worth it if you win it (Cheers SR), but you can get the DC Mous and Keyboard AND the game for £59.99 at amazon.com. I don't think SR sell this deal so this isn't really advertising for them...

The game is superb and the controller is fine in my view, after all you have completed it with the controller!!

Online play is great though and I recommend that you have a keyboard in order to communicate with others on your team.
The mouse is a surplus really but will be very useful when the likes of half Life, and Dream arena 2 arrive.

Ok!
